Not all payments can be made digitally and we need to have some cash with us that is drawn from our savings account.

Most of our grocery shopping, payment to household help and such other expenses are dispensed with using cash

I draw a certain amount each month from my savings account and keep it in my cash box as we do plenty of cash transactions

I don’t have a cash box. I’m not really used to making use of a cash box but I prefer to make use of bank. I mostly save all my money in the bank

Currently, almost all shops, gas stations and restaurants accept e-wallet and e-money payments, and even many car parks don't accept cash, even though I still carry a little cash.

A lot of businesses or companies even prefer to accept transfer to cash. I think people don’t want to start going through the stress of taking cash to the bank

While I seldom use cash to make purchases, I do keep some cash at home, around $800. This fund is reserved for use when I need to call a repairman to fix something at my place. Repairmen here just accept payment by cash.
