low numbers of workers with high work schedules


When the job is characterized by
long Hours and High Stress. the pay is also not motivating enough

The size of a business is what is going to determine the number of staffs that will be enough to carry out your business activities adequately. Otherwise, you are going to find yourself in a situation whereby the works that are supposed to be taken care of, will not be handled.

The sad thing is that these employers will still blame you for not working very well after giving you the work of three people

In my country, the workload given to employees by business organizations is always meant to run them to the ground. You would see that one person would be electrician, cleaner, personal assistant.

I use to pity those people that work this kind of jobs. They are always looking fatigued. That's why one needs to define his job role when negotiating.

Not having enough equipments for the designated job can cause workers to be burnout, and this can reduce the effectiveness of the worker leading to decrease in the productivity of the company

I do think that employees burned out if the company let them work overtime too often. Plus, if the company does not give the proper compensations to them. The company needs to listen to their sentiments at work.

That's right, I totally agree with you. I've been in that position, the boss gave me a lot of assignments, with a disproportionate salary. Makes me feel tired and stressed. Until finally I got sick easily, and chose to leave my job even though I was offered a raise. I consider it a toxic work environment, there are no more reasons that make me want to stay.

Yes the health is very important, no amount is worth the health. And if something bad happens, the company can just skip some days after that they will find another replacement so quickly

Finding another replacement so quickly is the most annoying part so we don't have to kill ourselves for companies that don't care about us so if you are not treated right you move

If anything happens to a staff, they would not close the organization for one day, they would just observe one minute of silence for the staff in the next staff meeting.

This is why no one should over kill themselves with any work at the workplace. just do your work as a person and leave the rest. Don't over burden yourself

Many emolyers are taking advantage of the situation of unemployment to exploit people. And the challenge is that of you leave, someone else would gladly do.

I think it is just human naire we just like to take advantage of the situation of unemployment to exploit people but people needs to work in good working places
