Money is hard and for you to make someone to part away with his money, you have to offer a product that is valuable to that person. Ask a man to help you with $100, they would say they don't have money. But offer them a product that they can derive value from, they would pay you for it multiple times

I believe that what they are trying to do is not to encourage laziness because whenever people get free money, there are bound to be lazy.

Some people give out free money for the purpose of helping others such as donation to charity. It is voluntary. If you ask a person to buy a product from you, s(he) has to evaluate if it is good value for money. That is a different mindset.

This is true that the number of beggars or person working on beg people has increased a lot and giving them money will not help them only to beg more from people but if you know someone from your entourage that is really poor person then most of people will not help it even if they know this person is in need of money.

This is not usually the truth, for example, you could flash your computer yourself but it could take a half journey so you give to someone doing the trick for your computer or mobile phone and give him money. Or for example, a man going to a hairdresser to grom his beard but he could do it himself but he hasn't time.

Technically, you can't do that thing for yourself. That's why you are going to the person. If you can do it, create the time and do it. Any factor can make you not to be able to do it for yourself and you have to pay. It could be time, ill health or any other factor.

That's the best way to run the world. Free give aways is the reason citizens in my country have not really been inventive and creative. Create somethingx sell it and get money

People will always insult you directly or indirectly when they find out that you depend on them fully for getting money to take care of your responsibilities.
