This can be a tedious one for employers but you just have to find the best ways to bring out the best in your workers example like the introverted staff. This people find it difficult to be with others but you can still draw out the best from them


Let the introverted staff have time to think, plan, and prepare on their own

introvert likes space so
respect their spaces.


Respect their silence but leverage virtual communication.

Introvert is a big disease. It makes the victim to remain excommunicated from his colleagues. He feels easily bored and irritated. He does his work without associating with his colleagues. He always pick malice to every reactions from his colleagues.

Sure thi group of people feels easily bored and irritated. So as an employer you need to understand this and allow them room to think, plan, and prepare on their own

Seeing this post, made me realized that I'm an introvert person. For those opinions that I read before my participating post here, all of them are true. It so hard to mingle with every co worker, I rather find myself working on my own and hoping that a right employer and co employees will come along, that will help me work and grow like a normal person do, though they find me as introvert person different from them.

Yeah they are a lot of other introverted people just like you. but you just have to relate cordially with other people. But just do your work to the best of your ability

You would have to make them feel very comfortable with you. Then, ease them into the organization. Let it be a step by step thing. Try as much to delegate responsibilities of leadership to them often.

Workers are regarded as private asset of the company and as a result must be accorded best treatment needed to get maximum productivity out of them. The ways and manners they are used would determine what their end result would be.

You would have to make the work place non competitive so an introverted person can thrive. And you would need to let other workers learn to understand how to manage that staff.

Introverted persons want people to make friends with them and are very picky in their choice of friends. So you might have to mandate staff that are very nice people to get close to them and make them feel at ease. It needs patience though.

Introverted persons prefer to work on his/her own. Give them the opportunity to work independently. Engage them in jobs which requires attention to details such as accounting work. Talk to them in private whenever possible.

Let them work from home. They will work without interuptiona and for them in safe enivorment. Don't force them to be in middle of bigger group of people. Of course this is possible if work allow this conditions.

What if they are production workers? They can't work from home at that instance. The key is to help them break free from the introverted lifestyle even if it might just be for the purpose of work.

This is why I say if work conditions allow it. In your case is much harder. Maybe move them from talking coworkers. Some just really can not stop talk even when they work. Depends how big factory you have and how many workers you have.

The personal behavioral attitudes of every workers must be studied and regulated. There is no way human behavior cannot be adjusted. Introvert workers should be managed in such manner he won't felt abused.

I believe an introvert worker of properly managed can adjust a little bit. The key is knowing how to manage them. You have to understand their uniqueness and adopt a personal management style that is suitable for their personalities.

Sometimes introverts can be very good in doing busineses. You need to Leverage in virtual communication because they can be very good at that. you also need to give them space to think and implement.

If the person does not want to change, we cannot do anything. In a company, there are some requirements that will not acquire introvert applicants. It is a fact that we cannot deny it.

In such a case i believe the best thing to do would be to first study them. Do not put too much pressure on them, take things slow, study them and slowly start pulling them out of their shell.

It depends for a person if he or she wants to change. There are times that they cannot change because that is how they are. It does makes sense that some companies look for applicants who are not introvert.

There are certain job positions and roles that are specially for introverts. I think introverted staff can be deployed into those sections of the workplace.
