I have not tried to eat a whole roasted chicken. I am trying not to overeat, too. It is nice that I stopped drinking coffee. Sometimes I still miss having one, but it is better not to.

Hehe, one whole chicken is good for 6 people hehe. 6 also stopped drinking coffee for one year now when close to our family was amputated due to diabetes that ended her life too soon. There are also fruits too sugary like ripe bananas.

I agree with you. We also have two relatives who died because of this disease. One of my uncles acquired it when still living in America. Now, he is insulin dependent. It is a forever medicine for him to use.

Juices are not sold in bulk. Sellers are banned. I also did not find there sellers of chicken barbecue. They disliked smoke and ashes. NZ is environmentally friendly.

I guess we need to adapt the healthy living as much as possible, especially now. This coronavirus tiggered so many related diseases. One of my uncles died with Covid-19 with complications.
