As of today, I had checked the "terms and rules." It was not indicated how long it would take to process our payment once we redeemed here. Personally, I believe that more information about it should be updated. What would be your suggestions?

Address your concern to the new owner, Jordan. I do not have any idea. I just wait until the payment is released though how I really like to be earlier say 2 to 3 days after request.
Good for you, I requested it yesterday but it is pending, until now no action done, and also Shavkat.

Hi Guys, all payments have been sent!
I do like your idea though of adding something in our help section. I try to get to payments as soon as possible. It's harder for a lot of you as I'm on the complete opposite timezone than a lot of our users. So if you withdraw something at 2pm for you, that's 2am for me and I'll be sleeping
Other factors come into play as well. If I'm at work I won't be able to send the cash until I get home. With that said, I'll try to do payments within 1-2 days of it being requested. The moment I see that a withdraw has been made, I'll be sure to send the payment the moment I'm home to do it
