    When you have to convey some bad news to your customers, do it in a sincere way. Explain the reason why the situation happened, and always give an apology.

    You can only try your best to satisfy your customers by providing the products and services they need. The reality is there are always some people who have other demands which you cannot satisfy.

    I also like to use emoticons/emojis when sending a message. I think that is fun and can help to express my feelings in addition to the text.

    I am not that interested in practicing Yoga. But I do meditation quite frequently. It makes me feel calm and peaceful. I usually do that before my sleeping time.

    I would say Google, YouTube, and Wikipedia for me. I use google search and map a lot. I enjoy watching the videos on YouTube. As for Wikipedia, they provide very useful information.

    I do both. I chat with my friends sometimes and speak to them on the phone when I want to listen to their voice. For greetings during festivals, I prefer to call my friends. I think it is more personal.

    I agree. Just look at the person's eyes. A person who lies usually dares not to look at you straight to your eyes. You may also take note of some of the non-verbal behaviors of that person.

    Drops make an ocean. That's very true. As long as we are patient and persistent, we can achieve our goal and win the race eventually.

    Jack fruits are not that popular here though they are available. Indeed, jack fruits offer many health benefits. But I usually have apples, oranges, grapes and banana.

    I got a pearl necklace from a friend as a birthday gift. I think it costs about US$800. The necklace is made from Japanese pearl. I like that necklace a lot.

    I stay home during rainy days. I may read a book, listen to some music or play musical instruments. Sometimes, have a chat with friends on the net.

    I have met some local celebrities but never interacted with them. I just smiled at them, and they smiled back. That is good enough for me.

    I love traveling. Last time I took a trip was in early 2023. I went to Japan which is one of my favorite places to visit.

    Do you live in a house or flat?

    That is a lovely garden. I live in an apartment. In our city, unless you live in a village house in rural area, buying a house in a city with garden is extremely expensive.
