I am sorry if it's not the right time for this but I would like to suggest that we should have some sort of referral system wherein we can earn a reward for referring users on the website and along with that a little reward for getting comments on our threads.

I believe that both suggestions are very good. It would be nice if we could earn from referrals and from getting comments on the threads we create.

I'm not agreeable with that referrals system. It seems unfair because there are referrals who just left without starting. I have 20 referrals but only 4 are active and those 16 received RIF points so do I. Well it's up to our boss here.
