Building a house for rent or, building a hotel which is more lucrative? Personally i feel building a hotel would be a lot more lucrative, due to the fact that you can also build a small hall for renting for various events as well.

I also agree with it the only problem i see here is high cost of maintaining the building.
I prefer building a house and rent it out. Building a hotel with all the facilities require a huge amount of capital investment. When the economy is bad, just like during Covid, the business of hotels is seriously affected.
the cost of maintaining the building is not a problem if you are able to build it in the first place. This is because you are going to make a lot of profit.

True but there are cases of hotels that have closed down due to poor management and the likes as well.
it is only a hotel that is mismanaged that will close up. sometimes government policies can also affect them.
Building for commercial use is still more profitable. I know that some hotels cherge very high per night
Probably, buildings for commercial users are very much profitable. Hotels makes a whole lot of money in this part of the world.
