Depends on you how good you are on that. For me WordPress since I have more knowlege to that site.

If you're looking for free platform to create a website Blogger is the way to go. Its a simple user friendly platform thats perfect for starting a blog. And if you're looking for a more professional website with a lot of customization options WordPress is the better choice.

For basic stuff, blogger works just fine, as it is tied into your google account.

Though I prefer Wordpress, as there are more options available to customize it.

It really depends on the owner of the blog and what they feel happiest using. I myself prefer to use WordPress but that is because I am used to WordPress and Blogger isn't something I have ever used so I would rather stick to what I know and understand at the moment. I wouldn't be opposed to using Blogger though if there ever was a time it would be better for me to use.

I am not very familiar with the wmtwo but I think WordPress has a very good reputation so I am going for it.

If you want a to create a free blog and still want to make money, blogger is a better option, however, if you do not care about earning and want to build a good looking site, you can try wordpress.
