I think having the option to pinch zoom does make it easier for everyone to use the website on mobile

Whenever I create a new forum or even a new blog or site I always ensure that I go on my own mobile and visit the site in question just to see how it runs on mobile. If I am not happy with how it runs then I know my visitors who visit using their mobile will not be happy either. I always ensure that my sites are mobile-friendly.

I agree. When it comes to website design I always say keep it simple. You dont want to overwhelm your visitors with too many colors or elements. Just keep it clean and organized.
