There is no such thing as the best time to sell website. The best time is when you bing a buyer who offers the best value to your website. I sell websites through flippa and I sell not only starter website but also websites with good revenue.

Absolutely, there is no best time to sell your website. It is not seasonal. You can sell your website when the pricing is okay by you. When Elon Musk priced Twitter 30 billion, Dorsey refused to sell until the price reached 44 billion.

I would never say there is no best time to sell a website and you just need to be willing to jump at an offer you feel is worth it when someone makes that offer or you could lose out on that offer and it may take some time for you to even get an offer like that again. You should have some understanding of what your website is worth when you are planning to sell it so that when people make an offer, you know when to snatch up the offer so you do not miss out.
