The modelling agencies the models to get jobs by marketing the models as you have said and the agencies always take their share out of the money that the model is been paid

Apart from the fact that someone is under an agency, the person should be a trained model so that she or he can get jobs outside the agency

But I do not like them sometimes simply because they tend to remove a lot of money from the amount the person will be paid
