I do agree with you. Well, in fact, they can do it before and during the process of the company's operations. It should not be limited because mind-mapping varies and changes happen through the years of existence.

For some reasons, they really do need to keep on doing this idea. If they are not going to do this from time to time, they will be left behind and cannot able to cope up when certain business constraints will happen unexpectedly.
