if one is faced with unfairness in the workplace I think it is not good to let it slide you can start by documenting the Unfair treatment maybe a video of it as evidence. then approach the manager or HR to report The Unfair Treatment. What do you think?

Yeah leaving should be the last resort you need to always look out for yourself first and be sure that you have tried all avenues before quitting

Sure you need to always use wisdom to get the message across you don't need to be offensive with your approach
I agree we should speak up if being treated unfairly in the workplace. After collecting the evidence, I will file a complaint to the manager and the HR department. If they cannot help, I quit.

if they can not solve the problem you quit. I like this determination. We don't have to swallow all that is thrown at us at work.
It is better for the business owner to eliminate favoritism at work because it could emanate into a catastrophic situation.
I just keep in doing my work well because I know that no matter the level of favoritism, when competence is required, it would be based on merit. I won't be bothered.
