You said it right. If the business owners will not doing anything or improve their customer service, clients or customers will not come back anymore. The worse scenario is that these people who had bad experiences with them will speak out against them, either online or offline. It would be a big problem.

Yeah, in any business venture good customer service is always needed if you really want to become successful. If you provide good service to your customers and solve their problems they will like your business.
