Most people love to have Soft drinks during a summers and even in winters too and actually people are habitual to go out in the evening and feel relaxed and that's the time they like to enjoy these drinks like Soda, Coke and other Soft drinks so I think it's a very good business.

There is even a machine that can be purchased and we just need to refill different flavors and it's convenient to start a Soda bar like that.

I see these sort of machines available when we have fairs and festival Celebration at our place so yes it can be planned and I don't think it will charge more and then there will be the option to buy second hand too.
Yes I noticed a lot of machine not used on the regular being used in malls and superstores. I think they are expensive hence, not being used on the regular.
Here in Nigeria we don't have soda bars, people mostly drink beers and native drinks like zobo or kwunu drinks! People don't drink soda here in Nigeria.
Yes this would definitely be a good business, the most important thing is finding the right location. Selling a chilled soft drink during the afternoon would definitely be very lucrative and even more lucrative if you sell snacks along it.
