Yes it good to always e polite to everyone even if you don't like their guts . No need trying to forment trouble over nothing it can be very unnecessary

I won't oppose them at the instance the idea is dropped. I find time that they are less busy and share my thoughts with them and why I think their ideas may not be favourable.
