From my experience, i have come to understand that it is extremely hard to actually find customers that would remain loyal to you. Customers are always after what they would gain hence they might patronize you a lot but once they find a place more suitable, they would quickly shift. Is there a way to create loyalty amongst your customers?

I am a customer.. last year, I moved to my new place. From my block, there is a store that I always go to. I pay using my e-wallet. Been doing it multiple times. On my next transaction, the cashier said the e-wallet is not working. But the truth is it is working.

I moved to another store, far from my house but they have more options and I always pay using my e-wallet with no issue.

See, if you don't value the customer, they will leave you.

Maintaining customers loyalty is good but it should not be carry to the extent it would affect the status of the business. Customers are after where they can get optimal satisfaction to their wants at the detriment of the business.

Of course personally I like to be rewarded by my customers so loyalty programme is very good for everyone

One thing about customers of which we are among is that we always move to a better seller that has cheaper price and better quality. So we can not remain loyal to a business forever

Other than offering quality products and service, I think loyalty program works to keep loyalty of customers. I am a member of a few loyalty programs which offer discounts to members. I often buy from these stores.

Customers need good behavior, discounts and sometimes gifts, if you provide these things then they will keep coming back.

customers are always looking for what is the best for them. That is why it will be hard for you to find a customer that is loyal. As a business man you really need to be innovative so that people will continue patronizing you.

Well, I totally agree with you, besides that customers will be loyal to us if we give them the best service, good quality products, and at the best prices. In addition, by giving rewards in the form of special prices or special discounts for shop members, and so on

Loyalty in customers will always come when they are cared for snd if you listen to their queries and answering them properly snd you are offering quality services to them too

That's why you have to be hard to replace for your customers. That's the only way to gain customer loyalty. I can't easily replace the person that handles my hair because he is the only one for now that understands what I want with my hair.

Loyalty is not a rocket science in my own perspective. It requires some steps and try as much as possible to provide quality service to our customers. It is also important to take their opinion seriously.
