And what about the employees who work in private organisation, do they also get cash?
They only received a Christmas bonus and 13th month pay both full-time and part-time.
See, others are getting more than the others. We don't get the benefits here. Pretty much because maybe we different line of business or work. We are not comparing but they deserve what they are getting. Because without the educators, we will not be where we are now.
Some employers are very terrible. They don't care about making their staff happy. One even deducts lateness from staff salaries in December.

Yes I used to get it once in a year when I was working then. Though it was not much, it was like a token.
For private companies, bonuses are given to employees who excel, generally every month. There are also religious holiday allowances such as Christmas and New Year's Day Allowances, Eid Al-Fritri Allowances etc. Nyepi and Vesak. Religious allowances are only given according to the employee's religion.
When I was working for a company, I got 13th month pay and bonus at the end of the year. The extra bonus depends on the profit made by the company and the performance of the employee.
In my workplace, if you want any extra pay, you have to fraud the organization. Apart from that, it is just your basic salary.
