In your country, what do you call your boss?

It depends though, over here some do call their boss "oga" or "madam" it's more like a local term, while in other higher levels, they refer to their boss as sir or madam.

In western nations, employees address their superiors by their first names. If you addressed your boss by their first name, how would they respond? It is strictly forbidden to approach superiors in this manner in my nation.
In my country, most times we do call boss too, we call sir, madam or oga, some gonas far as calling mummy or daddy, depending on the one you're more comfortable with.

I call my new boss by her name, that is what she wants the subordinates to call her by her name. She does not like a formality. She is so okay, young, and talented boss. We feel at ease and happy doing work with her.
As long as your boss gives you the go ahead to call him or her by her name, there's nothing wrong with it.
