I get emails on a dialy basis from SEO companies, which claim they can give high rankings for very competitive keywords geared towards the sites I have administrated on in the past, or a ton of traffic from search engines.

But, I'm generally skeptical of these emails, if they promise top 3 results in Google for high competition keywords. That, or just take my money, and run, or do a bad job on SEO, so I never replied to any of their e-mails.

Have any of you ever had received good SEO help from a SEO company which e-mailed you?

First, do you join their mailing list? Or are they spamming you? This is the first step you must take before anything. If you join their mailing list by your own accord, then you can start interacting with them. If they are spamming you,, better block them because they have shown they cannot be trusted.

When accomplish registration on mailing list then you have to use a spare gmail account or junk gmail account to not getting yours spammed with content, most of the websites like this just request one confirmation link and that is all.

It's understandable to be skeptical of these types of emails, as many of them could be spam or scams. However, it's not impossible to find a reliable and effective SEO company through email marketing. It's important to do your research and due diligence before working with any company, especially those who reach out to you first. Check their website, reviews, and case studies to see if they have a proven track record. You can also ask for references and do your own research on their clients to see if their rankings have actually improved. It's also a good idea to have a consultation with the company to see if they are a good fit for your needs and if they can provide a customized strategy for your website. Ultimately, it's important to be cautious and do your research, but it's possible to find a good SEO company through email marketing.

Well, I have never worked with SEO companies because I do not have that kind of budget. I do my own SEO. Whether these companies will deliver results or not can be easily checked by checking their search engine ranking.
