A friend sent the customer to come and patronize me. And when the customer saw the quality of what was on offer, there was no option but to buy. Till today, she still patronizes me .

Customers love it when someone treats them very well and they dislike it when the person treats them like trash
I still have warm communications with my old customers and I retired 22 years ago. Even more impressive to me, my son went into a business that had him calling on the same customers I had and when they see his name their first response is, "Oh, do you know Warren?" and when he tells them , "He is my Dad" it opens doors.

Along with supplying them with systems that cost 10% is much as my competition and made them a boatload of money. One incedent that comes to mind is an RV Dealer that called me the next day after I installed his system and said, "This is not going to work". I asked him why not and he said, "It won't let me enter over a million dollars for the price".

Probably, humans have emotions so when you treat them nicely they will probably try as much as possible to patronize your business next time. But if you do not they will run away.

The way you treat people really matters a lot and that is why some people will never come back to your shop if you do not treat them well

Definitely, it is only business people that are not smart that will treat their customers with lack of respect. Smart business people know the importance of treating their customers right.

Probably, making a business very successful is not a one-step thing. When you obey a particular rule and disobey the order you will still fail. If you are selling quality products and you are not treating your customers well they will not patronize you again.
