If a company has a culture that is not good for the customers they will lose a lot of customers

Every company must have values that defines it. That's what we call company culture. Like my GT Bank, their culture is excellent service delivery and that trickles down from the top management to the least staff.

Yes it does, the business operates based on it's culture. There are certain things the company might not be able to do or certain decisions the company would take mainly based on their culture.
