I believe that one of the best ways for you to make all of your employees to work together as a team is if you have some sort of division of labour strategy when it comes to delegating work to all of them.
Delegation of work is of vital importance and work should be divided proportionally and as per the caliber of the team members to expect favorable results

The management can oftenly use it's professionalism and unifying the workers despite their differences in terms of ideologies, religion, race, language among other discrimination agents on the workplace. Team building is quite a nice strategy in achieving success.
