Yes, this actually happened last year, one of our workers mistakenly misplaced some products belonging to our customer which has been paid for. So i had to work together with the client, calling back to back, looking for ways to find the products and as well arranging a new one.

I have actually done this a couple of times. I realized in business this must happen. It brings the situation at hand at a concensus and leaving both parties satisfied without the involvement of many things.

This is something that I have done in my mummy's shop and I think it is something that is normal so that we can keep our customers

There are some of my mother's customer who trust us and he always patronise us because of the way we treat them

Customers love people who always help them find solutions to their problems because some companies will leave the customers to do that all by themselves

You did mentioned a good option to deal with this matter. Moreover, it is a good way to retain the clients for being loyal. It is not an easy thing to keep them if they are not satisfied for not resolving their problems.

Most people that work in the IT department always work close in hand with clients to take care of their problems. I do it a lot with bank IT workers.
