Business is all about negotiations, shifting grounds and compromises. I as a person am good in making compromise for the sake of business. I would replace faulty products.

I do agree that they can have suggestion box and the like. For big companies, I also think that they need to create a Grievance and Redress department to handle internal and external conflicts within the company.
