Most organizations usually have dress codes the staff are ment to put on, like banks for example, they are always on suits. Do you think having a dress code for your business increases the effectiveness of how the staffs work and would you consider having one for your business ?

There are some companies that does not have dress code and you can wear anything but it
must be official.
That depends on the industry you work in. For those working in the banking industry, employees are usually required to wear suits. For IT industry, the dress code is usually smart casual.
