I am very sure that it will not be available in Nigeria.

I think is available for first tier countries. Some people are making a lot of money through scanning of receipts.

I have not tried this app before, but what i do not get is who pays you to scan the receipts, is it an app run by a particular company, so every receipt is from this single company?
