Best way to deal with a stubborn staff

It does help but there are many occasions when I don't feel like doing anything and this happened today too and then I was unable to login Referral Index forum maybe due to some technical reason and this happened yesterday too
Oh I was thinking you were busy offline. it should be technical issues. This is why I work on different forums it good to accommodate as much as we can to avoid being disappointed by a dependent site.

I felt disappointed and it's happening from two days and then I was left with no option to post so I took break but I don't like taking these breaks so I have posted this in members affair and I hope admin can do something about it

Some workers can be very annoying and yet using how long they last would depend on what they offer to that association or company at a whole, dealing with them might need one to get a more suitable replacement others might be a personal interaction .and corrections. And also placing of working attitude that state mostly that such and such will not be accepted and in doing will lead or might lead to what ever punishment one find suitable for that case at a whole.

If the staff is just stubborn but hardworking and complete the tasks given to him/her on time., I would just leave him/her alone. If his/her behavior affect others or job performance, the manager should take action to change his/her attitude.

Since you said they are very hardworking, you as an employer should be able to ask and/or communicate with your workers on issues that maybe bothering them or what they are being lazy.

Well, different strokes for different folks but I doubt a stubborn staff will always want to complete their tasks they are always stubborn everywhere

The best way is to fire that staff, he or she cannot become loyal to the company. He or she might be doing it differently. They won't follow instructions but rather do their own way.

Psychological, some of this people can be easy to handle. The only thing you need is know what is the underlying cause of his problem. You can talk with the worker and try to make he understand. Once the worker is productive, every effort should be made to keep him in the fold.
