If you are working in a company that has so many restrictions, it is up to you if you are going to say or not. For them, they just simply going to say, 'Take it or Leave it.' They do not care if you are going to leave because they can still hire other people to replace you instantly.

It depends on the restrictions. If they are for the company and I am going to benefit from it, I would accept the job offer. After all, they exerted effort on their hiring process and I invested my time to be considered as their employee. If they have good compensation, I would say yes. As long as the restrictions won't break me but will make me the best employee.

You are right, this is a big problem that employees are facing with offline jobs.

This happens in underdeveloped countries where jobs is so scarce that it will take months to find good replacement. In western countries, employers use to avoid having problem with employees.

Yes this is so evident in most places world wide.
People no longer care on others as the rates of unemployment are higher and most people are desperate for jobs

The truth of the matter is that there are so many persons out there trying to get that position. If you decide not to stay others would take it. Then again make sure you are okay with how things work before you consider staying.

Take it or leave it, there is a need for experience if you really want to make success in every kind of business. You must go learn about the business properly and understand the risk that is surrounded it.

If there are many unreasonable restrictions, and the company is not listening to feedback from employees and adopt a "Take it or Leave it" attitude, that means this company does not respect or value it's employees, I would not want to work for such a company.

I have never as an employee allowed myself to be put into such a position. That's because I prove my worth from interview to my working period there. I always make sure the rules are bent for me.

This thing happened with me in my last organisation the people there were very tough. They have one slogan, and that was take the pressure or leave the company so the pressure increased so much extent that I thought it better to left that company.

Before you are hired by a company they will always give you the terms and agreement of that company and it's up to you to decide on whether it is okay for you to accept and start your work.
