Yes, that's right, I am agree with you. since then I hated him and was lazy to meet him again. Arrogant people like that are very harmful to business, making businesses abandoned by their customers.
You could just imagine if he was just an employee. The owner would be there pumping funds and wondering why his business is not getting patronage, not knowing that the staff are the ones killing the business.

Yes, it's true they are just staff, but as a customer I don't dare to complain to their superiors, so I just let it go. At least I don't want to come there again.

Yeah right I agree with you. Even with the attitude of customers who keep walking away it is enough to be a punishment for them for their unpleasant behavior. Gradually the company will suffer losses if it is not immediately addressed.

A good customer service should be accommodating and always willing to attend to the customers gracefully and not grudgingly. They must be people oriented.

Yes, that's right, I totally agree with you. That is one indicator of good service. They serve it enthusiastically and happily, so that what the customer wants is achieved. So that customers will be satisfied.

As for me, a good customer service is giving the needs of their clients accurately. They need to listen and find the root cause/s of the dilemmas before giving the final resolution. Don't make the service in a delay manner because it can lead to clients' complaints.

A good customer service will always ensure that the problems of the customers are always attended to promptly so that they will not be left frustrated for a long time.

I have worked into a bank to get my ATM card. I was delayed for a long time but the attitude of the issuer made me not to feel the delay. She was jovial and encouraging. Even when I wanted to leave, she was just encouraging me to wait, that the system would eventually come up. With that, that bank has gotten me as a loyal customer.
