Learning from failures on the job.

Have you learned from your failures? If so, how?

I've learned that I cannot always rely on those who work around me, to take the initiative, that I need to make sure I stay on top of everything, regardless of how others want to slack off of doing work.

Yes i have learnt from some of my past mistakes that lead to failure. J have learnt that payment needs to be made before carrying out any job for a client.

Yes I learned from my mistakes it's very important to learn from your mistakes because if not you will make the same mistakes all over again I used to do a lot of mistakes but I improved

Well, failure teaches many things and this is why I think that failing at something is not really "failure". The fact remains that we have to learn from our mistakes and move on.

I remember my mentor once advised me that don't be afraid to make mistakes as long as you learn from the mistakes. Being too cautious will not lead to improvement. I find this advice inspiring.

Some companies have lost valuable assets because those staff made mistakes on the job. They are summarily fired and they went elsewhere to do exploits. People can always learn from their failures on the job.

I have actually earned from my failure as a result of procrastination and resolve never to procastinate again, I always ask myself why don't I do now what I plan to do later, same way procrastination has affected many people.

Well, this is a common problem, but such kind of problems could be solved quite easily. You just need to identify the kind of mistakes employees are making and solve those problems.

I as a leader of an organization would refuse to be erratic and impulsive in decision making. It is best to always give people chances to prove themselves till they have exhausted the elastic limit.

I have been working for a company that paid peanuts and asked people to work for them like robots. I worked for them for more than one month and I stopped working there after that. If people want us to work for them, so they should pay a fair amount of money for that.

Every employee no matter the level of experience comes into an organization as a rookie. Mistakes are bound to happen along the line. A good Staff adapts quickly and does not repeat mistakes.
