Company Perks, Instead of Raises

Why do you think companies offer perks instead of offering more money? Do you think employees appreciate perks?

Honestly, I hate perks, if I do not get raises for doing well on the job. I don't mind having perks, but I am more likely to use them, if I am treated well, and paid good.

Getting a raise in your payment is far more better in my opinion. Even the perks are money in a way because some of what they give you covers money expenses but I would prefer a raise instead.

There are certain perks that can actually help you make money. If a workplace allows you to have flexible and favorable working time, this can help you to use the rest of your time to make money.

For me i would go with more money than these so called perks, most of these perks can be seen as cheating, while some do not even give you your worth.

I prefer that the company adds money to us than perks. The primary reason we live our houses to come and work is because we need to make money to support ourselves and families.

There are many perks for many governmental officers and this is why they enjoy the job in the first place. They get many allowances such as utility allowances such as free fuel.

If the company offer perks instead of salary increment, I would prefer housing allowance, transportation allowance and meal allowance. Full medical insurance covering out patient, hospitalization expenses is also good to have.

As far as I'm concerned money is the most important thing when it comes to anything that someone is doing in the world because that is what is required for you to take care of whatever responsibility that you have.

Yes you are right though, we need money to be able to buy our basic needs such as food clothing and even to provide shelter for ourselves and also take care of our families

Best perk is having extra work hours when we need replacement. Some other perks in not possible like free days since everything is regulated by law on national level. I work in school so boss can't give aditional free days.

Although intually I don't know what company perks are I feel like they are means of making life better for workers
But I would rather prefer company raise as it is related to money
