You can have a stipend called wellness allowance that can help staff to visit gyms and therapists. N
Volunteer Time Off: You give your staff a paid time off to pursue social works and contribute to society n any cause they want.
Childcare Facilities at work: You can provide a facility where children of staff can be taken care of.
Paid Sabbatical after some years say maybe five years earns one year sabbatical.
And lastly, offer each employee a company funded budget for professional development.

Wellness sounds nice, but i do not think most of these companies can afford this, especially for all their staffs. Even some of them who can afford it would not be willing to. I have only seen this happen in most big companies and for only some of their senior staffs.
Allowances are needed by almost all the employees. Fuel is very expensive and I think that an employee may need fuel and internet allowances as well.
Some actually have clubs that their staff can join and benefit from a wellness program. I know of a university that offers this for all staff..
Paid leave because your pet got sick. How I wish there is a thing. It will be beneficial for a fur mom like me who do not have health insurance or benefits.
The basic one is medical insurance, covering out patient and hospitalization expenses. It would be nice if the company offers transportation and meal allowance. Membership of a wellness club is great.
