What would you advise a barber who just had an increase in the demands of his services?

So lately, my barber has always had his saloon always full and the effect of this is that you have to wait for longer to have your haircut. Some customers are threatening to live him to another barber and another saloon.

What would you advise him to do to keep all customers happy?

The best thing is for him to get an assistant. But I understand that angle where people might not even let the assistant touch their hair because the apprentice is not trusted.

Getting an assistance is very critical for such person in such kind of situation.

Yhe problem we have in thos part of the world is that we want to make all the profits alone. I think he or she should get a good Staff that he should share profits with. The money wouid be bigger as more customers would be satisfied.

This is an obvious thing to do you need to get more helping hands. you just have to get the best hands that get the job done while you pay them weekly or monthly.

The desire to have all the profits alone have led to some businesses having reduced efficiency. He had to build capacity to deliver more and that can only be achieved by employing more hands.

In such a situation, I would also advise my barber to get an assistant. S(he) can help with the basic jobs such as scheduling appointments, give the client a scalp massage and shampoo while waiting for the barber.

If there is an increase in demand of his services, i believe the best thing he should do would be to hire extra hands, cause he would not be able to do it alone anymore.

If you have a salon or hairdressing business that is always busy with lots of customers so customers have to queue and wait for their turn, of course you have to add barbers/barbers so customers don't have to wait too long.

I would advice him to get new tools to enhance his service performance as this would make his working process faster

This is so true. He should make sure that he has advanced tools that can enhance his efficiency. Apprentices might help but bit much as so many patrons won't favour apprentices touching their hairs.

Additionally, when you have demands, there is need for you to meet the demands as a business owner and you should try all areas or ways to ensure you satisfy the customers.

That's true I don't like saloons where a barber keeps me waiting for long time. It's better to hire staff of you get lots of customers and don't keep them waiting.
