For me, I am not going to insist if that is what they think about me. The most important thing is I showed the possible solutions that can solve the business problems. The question is to know if your response actually violated the business principles. If it did, then you don't have to respond but to take your correction.
On the other hand, so many people do not want to be corrected and they would see it as a criticism.
I would evaluate if the claim is correct. If there are really some problems with my suggestion, I would make amendments. If the claim is not true, I would speak out my opinion.

It depends if I did violate it. I can try to find more information and consult a lawyer if it is acceptable to follow their rules or not. Although I need to review my contract if it is included or not.
If truly your assertion violated the ethics of the business, you should try to take to correction.

It is fine to show them what we feel over something. Unless we do not freedom working with them, then it is about time to change and find a new job that is suitable for us.
As far as l am concerned, everyone is free to express themselves on certain issues provided they don't harm others or otherwise. So when my suggestions violates the business rules and regulations, l would take it easy.
