Have you invested in those ventures yet? I haven’t because I can’t afford it personally. But my mom has been collecting some very valuable stamps and old coins and bills that are like antiques. They have a very high resell value which you could make a great profit with. My cousin has been investing in housing renovation. She’s been renovating luxury condos and houses and reselling them and has been making some great money with it. My dad has been investing in cars, renovating them and reselling them at a higher price, making handsome profits with them too. So all in all, I think these areas are highly profitable for you personally.

I would definitely prefer to invest in houses because it is a very good and lucrative business . If you are looking for passive income then you are better consider rental properties.
I have collected stamps and old money for many years. I own some valuable old stamps and money which have high resale value. But I am not in a rush to sell them now.
I have never invested money in such kind of products. However, I am aware of a marketplace where many people usually come and sell old stamps and charge an amount of money for that. They sell it for a low price.
I too have never invested in the old currency, cars and the other stuffs mentioned above. Because I am on the lookout for making money ideas and would like to try these out that forces me to make more research on them.
