Xoom is a subsidiary of Paypal, you can use Xoom to send and receive payment. Sending option is limited to North America and Europe but you can receive funds through Xoom globally. PayPal Xoom has the lowest fees in the cross-border transactions. YOu can associate your Xoom account with PayPal account to send your paypal funds even in the countries where paypal is not accepted. As far as I know, PayPal Xoom services are available in countries where PayPal is available. You can send your PayPal cash to anyone living in any country. You need to be a Payee in order to receive payments. I have never used it.
I have heard about PayPal Xoom for a while now but I have not made any effort in making use of it because I am very comfortable with making use of PayPal itself when it comes to my online transaction.

This is the first time I've heard of Paypal XOOM so I haven't used it yet. So far I'm fine with my Paypal account, but I'm interested to check maybe there are much better benefits than Paypal itself. Thank you very much for sharing.
I would get to explore this soon enough and see how it works. It looks like an initiative that could be very beneficial to online workers in 3rd world countries as they would be able to earn more by joining platforms that support only paypal.
There are so many countries where the services of PayPal are limited to and Nigeria is one of those countries because of high cases of scam.
Things like this will discourage me from joining a website even later if the eventually allow people from other countries to use their website because I'm wondering why it will be limited to some set of people
Seriously this G boys have made things a bit more difficult for us that are earning in a legit way to make this money as we can not have a better way to receive our payments from jobs done online with PayPal aside the use of Bitcoin or other crypto currency.
