If there is anyone in here that knows much about having to work in web3 then you should know that those who have jobs in web3 are earning huge some of dollars in crypto currency and though as it rewards huge amounts, some people still see it as a passive means of them getting to earn money as they have main jobs out there.

Well web3 jobs are online crypto jobs which people do for some people do engage in which gives them a lot of money honestly speaking and that is what I am looking forward to learning more than anything else.

I believe you because I know some people who have invested in cryptocurrency and staked their coin and they do in without working on the trades like all those who watch the market trends everyday.
Web3 is a blockchain-based web and implements a decentralized system. Web3 also has advantages in privacy and security. Users can also create applications and services on Web3. Many cryptos can already support Web3 such as Polkadot, Fetch. AI (FET), Filecoin (FIL), Chainlink (LINK) etc. Nowadays many people can play web3 games to make money in crypto and NFT.
We can't possibly mix crypto with Web3, because the two are different, but there are some cryptos that can support Web3. There are several weaknesses of Web3 such as Web3 cannot be accessed by gadgets that are less qualified, it is decentralized in nature so that it is easily exploited by cybercrimes.
I think web3 and metaverse are different, web3 is just a blockchain-based internet, while meteverse is a futuristic form of presenting information content, in meteverse we can interact in 3 dimensions, such as in virtual worlds and games.
A neighbor of mine is working online for a particular crypto company. Believe it or not, she is raking in about one thousand dollars per month for simply performing what could be termed as secretarial work.

A person could earn passive income in web3 if she develops a digital asset such as a software and puts the same up for sale on an online platform. Given that interested people would be paying for every download of this asset, the creator would be earning consistent passive income.
