I just login and found that my RIF dollars become 0.00. And there is no link for converting Raw RIF to RIF dollars.

Hey, you actually do have a RIF.Cash balance of 4.26, as seen in your mini-profile of this topic.
And I see you figured out where to go to get the transfer function to work?
