For me when the seller is experiencing repeatedly orders on some products then that is the great thing. It means that the products in question are fast moving and the seller needs to stock it in larger quantities.

Repeat orders might not necessarily mean customer satisfaction. It might be a result of the lack of a viable alternative. I believe we have been in that situation at least once where we don't like a product but had to manage till we can find a better product.

You are very right. There are times when we will not need to get a feedback from our customers because the way that they order our products is enough to tell us that they enjoy it

I agree with you, that repeat orders show customer satisfaction so that we can retain loyal customers, will also increase market share. Once we have loyal customers who make direct purchases, it will also automatically reduce marketing costs.
