Is the gap between the high-level staff and junior-level staff very deep in your country? Well, in my home country, the gap between the junior-level staff and high-level staff is very high. This gap is sometimes 30 X, for instance, if the clerk is getting $100 the boss will be receiving $3000. The gap is more evident in the private sector compared to the public sector.

It is quite high in my country. Almost like triple at their very peak. A low level staff only peaks at 100k. A high level staff peaks at about 300k and sometimes even 400k with paid aides.

The pay gap in my country is so wide that it is almost like slavery of the low by the top tier staff. A bank security gets 30k salary while the bank manager earns 300k.

In my country, the wage gap between the lowest level government employees and the highest level elites is staggering.
A key reason for this discrepancy is the fact that the elites are instrumental in determining their remuneration.

As they say: a person will always pull towards his/her side.

The gap here in my country is also almost the same with what you stated above, pay is done based on qualification and in most cases those performing clerical duties are not of high qualification.

In my country also there is too much difference in pay scale of higher management and low level staff. So their dealing with them also become sometime insulting and which results in the formation of union.

The salary structures correspond the each employee in a particular country. It is what most companies follow and the companies' guidlines have them. It is normal to have the gaps with the salary schemes.

The situation is even worse in my country. You can find that the ground men earn $100 while the top senior staff, the manager earning like 50 times hence $5000 monthly.

There are extreme wide gap between the senior staff abd junior staff. This is sometime caused as a result of their differences in qualifications. Senior staff are highly paid more than the junior staff. Senior staff are found in management department while junior staff are found in clerical department.

That is the reason everyone should strive to get an education because the major cause of this disparity is educational qualifications. The engineer in a site could be earning 15k a day for not doing anything tangible while the masons and laborers who sweat it out might just be getting 2k or 3k a day.

In my location, the pay gap between high level and low level staff is extremely high. Although one may say that the level of responsibilities is different, I still think that the gap is too high and it's quite unfair.

You are very right, qualification is all that matters here and not necessarily the ability to do work, a site supervisor whose job is just to sit and regulate the activities of work done is earning far more than the workers who are actually putting their best to work.
