As a business owner or young entrepreneur, do you have a close relationship with your customers and employees or do you simply deal with them only when it is job related. Personally i think it would be better to at least get to know your customers and employees better, this would help make working with them a lot easier as well.

Getting to know your employees and customer better helps to foster good relationship between you , it makes you understand them better than others and hence, helps you deal with them in the best manner.

I work with kids and sometimes I have feeling we are very close. I just send into high school generation which I was teacher for 4 years. It is not short time.

This reminds me so much of when I was teaching in a school. I felt a bond so much with the students that I became family friends with several. I was a little bit close to my boss.

I am trying have distance but sometimes we just can't keep it all time. It is not easy when you are with somebody at least 90 minutes per week and see them almost every day.

It is very important for you to have a very good mutual relationship with your customers because that is going to help you to bond very well with them so that they will always be interested in patronizing your products.

I have just two staff and I am quite close to them. They are much younger than me and I see them as my younger ones. I am close to some of my customers. It is not possible to be close to all customers.

That's very nice,establishing a good relationship between customers and employees is the best way forward, it's true you can't have a close relationship with all customers but with regular customers .

Well, it is advisable not to be too close to them. You have to be close to them too but it is good if you put a limit to everything. You should not be too open to them. It has its disadvantages

When you have built a close relationship with your staff, it gives them a stake in the business and makes them feel you value them beyond the level of just employees.

This is true. Therd are times whenbyiuneed to cinfide in then and bot just becaue they work for you but because you all are working together to achieve a goal

I think I am so close with clients using the e-commerce platform, but it takes a lot of encouragement to buy some of my items online. I just keep on sharing my links to be seen by them on Facebook groups.

As a business owners, there must be cordial relationship between you and your workers. The gap between the you and the workers must not be too wide as a result of bureaucracy . You should be breaking the protocol sometimes by getting closer to them to feel their complaints.

The importance of relationship between employees and employers of labour can never be overemphasized, it has a way of greatly impacting or have good effect as regards to the well-being of the business or company, for me, I'm not yet an employer, bit I do establish a very close relationship with my employer as an employee.

I am a freelancer working on translation. I have built up a loyal customer base. I try my best to maintain good relationship with my loyal customers. I send them greetings on holiday seasons. For some, I even have tea/coffee with them once in a while.

This is actually very good, building up such relationship with clients helps even more, they will always be glad and willing to refer you to their friends and others to offer services for them too as you build an interpersonal relationship between them.

I would easily create a close relationship between myself and my staff. It is a little bit difficult to to create a strong relationship with customers though they are some customers I am just in sync with.
