For each lottery draw game below, I will use http://www.random.org/ to pick the lucky ticket number. http://www.random.org/ allows one to "randomly" pick a number between whatever number range you input, and other fun stuff, so that will provide a better balance to who will win.
Once the winner is picked from Random.org, the round to each lottery will start again.
