When it comes to running a business, the motivation of the workers plays an extremely important role. One reason why i believe the workers of a particular business organization or company needs to be motivated is because the production process would be affected. When the workers are not motivated to work, there would definitely be a decrease and delay in production, which could lead to the customers complaining.

If workers in a workplace is not motivated, their productivity will definitely be seriously affected. Low productivity and poor job performance may affect the profitability of a business. This is a problem management needs to address.
Motivating workers is very important and it aid productivity , workers will want to do their best like no other as they are being motivated and for this ,they will be able to serve the organization well to their upmost ability

Very true, most people tend to assume when it comes to motivating the staffs it is only through money, but the truth of the matter is it is more than that. Somtimes just a little show of appreciation is more than enough to motivate them.
generally in life every living thing gets motivated to do better when they are encouraged, even animals shows better behavior when expressively shown love, incentives such as bonuses, vacations, even meals goes a long way in encouraging worker, which in turn will increase work productivity.
There is no way that production can occur with little or no motivation. There has to be a push for someone to pursue a particular course. And for a business setting, the major motivation you can give staff is money or hope of money.
