Some occupations are unisex in nature in the sense that both genders can engage in the same business. While this kind of business is common in official businesses, there are some that are considered as gender based which means only a particular gender is expected to be found in such category of occupation. For instance, any work that is tough and hard in natureb is expected to be engaged by man and not woman. Same thing works that are feminine in natureb are done by women.

Well I still believe that work that requires more energy should do done by men that's because women are not strong enough to do those work and that's why they can't work in those areas.

Basically most white-collar jobs can be performed by both genders. However, there are some jobs in which one gender is dominant. Examples are labor jobs which require a lot of hard work and strength. These are mainly male dominant jobs. For jobs such as babysitting, women can do a better job.

I think there needs to be an orientation for this. If the job requires strength and the woman says she can do it, or she has passion for it, then she should be allowed to do so, not looked at like she is awkward.

Yes, they need to be a re- orientation for people. Jobs should be given on the basis of qualifications, skills and experience and not on gender. Any gender that qualifies should be given a job

Every business owner know the nature of their job which is something that can either be done by a man or a woman and it is going to be useless employing a woman to do a man's job.

Sure, just pick up an employee suitable for a job without any biases. You don't have to make it a gender thing and discriminate against a fender even when they are suitable for the job

You are absolutely right, but still the female gender may feel a sense of being wicked towards them when you give the a hard job that should have been done by males while there are males present in the organisation.

Yeah you are right , how was the rule made in the first place that certain jobs should be done by male and some should be done by females, this rules made it hard for women to compete with men in doing certain tasks.

Currently, the two types of jobs complement each other, which should be done by a certain gender, for example cooking, even though there are more women, many master chefs are also held by men, but baby sisters are dominated by women, let them decide which job is right for them.

Take it or leave it. Some businesses are very gender sensitive because men and women are biologically, physically and mentally different.. The other gender functioning in such businesses is an anomaly.
