I think I can add employees to speed up the process of serving their requests. Besides that, I also have to ensure that product stock is always safe. To fulfill this, I have to work with reliable suppliers.

Exactly, this is the best way to go about it. But there are so many business owners i have seen who have refused to hire an extra hand, even when they are very much aware that the work load is too much, they still refuse to hire one.
Handling many customers at the same time can be really difficult. I remember when I worked in a restaurant, it was so difficult serve many customers when they fill the whole restaurant. So I would walk around with a pen and paper recording as many orders as I could.
To deal with multiple customers, the entrepreneur has to be proactive and make sure he processes orders as they come so that it doesn't become saturated on him or her.
