In a business setup, it is one thing to have talented and professional employees, it is another thing to manage the work flow. The truth of the matter is as a business owner, you cannot be everywhere at the same time. It is usually a challenge for the business owner to focus on the job at hand and at the same time back sure everyone is working. I believe one way to achieve this would be to create a feedback system, in which every employee would be able to send feedbacks to you on their various feeds.

It is always very important for you to have a feedback system in your business operation because that is the only way you can hear directly from your customers how they feel about your product and services so that you know how to improve.

Right I agree with you. This method is quite effective for monitoring and managing workflow. If there is a section that is too much work to the point of being overwhelmed, we can assign other employees there to help.
This is exactly what I have been looking for to see you under the thread I was having a movement book all activity book is the best for any organisation to be able to manage the workflow.
Apart from a movement book, some organizations have a log book where staff log in what they have done at the completion of each job role that was assigned to them. We used to have it in my former workplace. They always went through the log book before paying salaries.

Yes that's true, technology has made things a lot easier. You could be at the other end of the world and still know and see what is happening in your business due to technology. This would help you keep your employees in check.
It's very good have everything about your work monitored and supervised. It's the only way to make sure things will be done well.
That is true though. I know of a man that owns a hotel and is staying outside the country but he monitors all activities going on in his hotel using an iPhone. Technology has made running and managing businesses a lot easier.
Even when you are monitoring your business remotely, it still is not possible for you to be able to be doing that 24/7. There is a strong need to have capable line managers at every organizational level. That way, the work is split round but still very effective.
