Yes, i have seen some well known companies make certain mistakes that only a beginner or amateur would. And people start making comments like they where not like this before, cause they have too many customers now they no longer care.
Any business that compromise quality because they have grown would not be able to sustain itself in the level it has grown to. That's why we always shout that every organization should build structures and define specific roles to them. Create departments and let quality people that understand the vision and mission of the organization man these departments.

yes that's very true, the biggest mistake they would make is if they decide to reduce the quality of their products, this would give room for their competitors to take over their customers and lead to losses in the end.
Growth in business is something that most business people work hard for. I agree with you that it should be balanced with quality. It wouldn't be any good if a business grows but with low quality and lost of trust from the public or government.
